The client, primarily banks, needed an efficient method for sending letters, including promotional materials, to their employees and customers. Aimed at reducing manual labor and streamlining the process, we developed an online platform where customers could write letters, which were then uploaded to the server. We implemented a template system allowing customers to input variables like first name and last name, dynamically populating predefined letter templates. Additionally, we offered options for printing letters in color or black-and-white, based on customer preferences. This comprehensive solution significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the banks' letter-sending process.
